Once a package has been dropped off at the post office, I am no longer responsible for it. If the package is lost while in transit, I will do everything I can to help locate the package.
- Orders placed during the week will be shipped the Saturday of the week they are purchased. If an order is placed during the weekend, the order will be shipped the next weekend.

During holiday seasons, packages may take longer than normal to be delivered, so please plan your purchase accordingly!
- No refunds or exchanges are offered as each pendant is unique and handcrafted.
